IMPORTANT: LETTERS TO IDEM NEEDED!

Email from Chris Sturbaum:

I have been looking for leverage to resist the transfer station and I just got word that Mr. John Hale is the person at IDEM who we need to communicate with. He is currently under the impression that there is not much resistance to the transfer station compared to other sites he has reviewed recently because he has only received ONE letter so far.

I am convinced that we should see that he gets at least a hundred letters. They will be more effective than emails and they need to show sincerity and strong ( but polite ) concern.  The time to do this is right NOW.
The official comment period will come later but I understand that this is the real time to influence the outcome of the review.

Let's deluge him with our letters and our reasons. They can be short and sweet since he will have so many to read!
Let's make these individual and personal about your love of the area, the way you picnic in your backyard, your quality of life, the roads ( and your property values), the improvements  of the Westside
but be sincere and don't be mean.    This is a guy that can help us.......
Let's get those letters going and keep them going until the comment period starts!

Chris
